Terms and Conditions – Pak 555 Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pak 555 website at pak555.click and all associated gaming services, betting markets, promotions, and features available through the platform. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Your registered mobile number is your primary account identifier at pak 555. Keep it updated if your number changes.
• Your account is for personal use only. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to use your account.
• Pak 555 may require identity verification (CNIC and mobile number confirmation) before processing your first withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and a one-time requirement for most players.
• If pak 555 identifies that two or more accounts are linked to the same person or household, it reserves the right to merge or close the additional account(s) and void any associated bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pak 555 account. This includes keeping your password and any OTP codes confidential and not sharing them with any person.

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Never share your OTP (one-time password) with anyone — including anyone claiming to be from pak 555 support. Our team will never ask for your OTP.

• All activity on your account — including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have notified pak 555 of unauthorised access before the activity occurred.

Pak 555 protects your account with 256-bit SSL encryption on all pages, OTP verification on every withdrawal, and automated fraud monitoring. However, no security system is infallible, and your own practices are the most important layer of account protection.

Pak 555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only via the following supported payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 for mobile wallets; Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT; Rs 500 for cards.

• You must only deposit using payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• Pak 555 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion, particularly where fraud indicators are present.

Withdrawals from pak 555 are processed in PKR to the player's registered and verified payment account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for mobile wallets; Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT and cards.
• All withdrawals require OTP verification via your registered mobile number. This security step cannot be bypassed or delegated to another person.
• First-time withdrawals require completed identity verification (CNIC and mobile number confirmation). This is a one-time requirement for standard accounts.
• Pak 555 processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 10–15 minutes under standard conditions. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically take 1–2 hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 hours.
• Pak 555 charges zero fees on withdrawals. The full amount you request is the amount you receive.
• Withdrawals may only be sent to accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined and may trigger a security review.
• Pak 555 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may require you to provide additional documentation. These checks are a standard anti-fraud measure and are not a reflection on any individual player's conduct.
• Any balance accumulated through means that violate these terms — including fraudulent deposits, exploitation of system errors, or bonus abuse — is not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided upon detection.

Pak 555 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and seasonal promotional offers. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover). The bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in all bonus amounts being voided and potential account closure.

• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, conducting fraudulent chargebacks, submitting false identity documentation, or any other form of financial fraud.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses through coordinated accounts, matched betting using bonus funds in ways that contradict bonus terms, or any structured attempt to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live games to gain an unfair advantage, including in card games and multiplayer fishing game rooms.
• Software exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that automates gameplay or betting decisions without human input.

Pak 555 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Every registered account includes access to the following tools, available at any time through account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
